Job Summary: The Client Relationship Officer provides sales and administrative support for (1) the attainment of sales targets in the individual/retail sector and (2) to develop or maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide information about the Company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients in order to achieve individual and Department sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and act as Company liaison in support of the achievement of sales targets.
  • Assist in identifying client needs and opportunities for cross selling the Company’s products and services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries in a professional and composed manner.
  • Prepare pre and post sales reports for use by the senior sales team.
  • Undertake administrative responsibilities by (1) filling out client applications and compliance documents, (2) creating client accounts, filing and other administrative functions.   
  • Maintain and update client databases and files.  
  • To undertake other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification and Experience
  • Full A’ Level/CAPE Certification particularly in the area of Business, Accounting or any equivalent combination of qualifications.
  • Experience in investment/financial services and exposure in the area of sales and customer service will be an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills (Minimum MS Word and MS Excel, Power point)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated and pro-active.
  • The ability to maintain polite persistence.
  • Highest ethical and moral standards
