Description
- Perform ongoing performance management, hardware, & software upgrades and resource optimization as required
- Manage and ensure application servers are operating efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers of network and infrastructure equipment, services, and system software regarding the maintenance, upgrade, and purchases as it pertains to the company's network.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user desktops.
- Has knowledge of and relies on commonly used trouble shooting concepts, practices and procedures.
