Key Responsibilities:
Create competitive proposals and event budgets for clients.
Source vendor quotes and manage negotiations.
Update social media with event content (Facebook, Instagram).
Track inventory and generate reports.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Assist the Managing Director with both professional and personal tasks.
Handle payments, cross-check bank statements, and report on financials.
Seek new business opportunities to support company growth.
Requirements: Candidates applying MUST have the following criteria to be considered
Own a vehicle and have reliable transportation.
Reside in North/West Trinidad (POS, Carenage, Barataria, or East-West Corridor up to San Juan).
Proficient in social media (Instagram, Facebook).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); additional skills in Keynote/PowerPoint are a plus.
Ability to work late hours or weekends when required.
Knowledge & Skills:
5 CXC/CSEC passes, including Math and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A team player with a “can-do” attitude.
Project Management certification is a plus.
Working Hours:
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with flexibility for after-hours and weekend work for events.
