We are hiring a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in civil or marine construction to lead projects from planning through successful completion. If you excel at managing teams, timelines, budgets and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of marine and coastal construction projects.
Develop project budgets, timelines, procurement and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and health and safety standards.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to upper management.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP certification is an asset.
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within civil or marine construction.
Experience with jetty construction, breakwaters, sheet piling, and other coastal structures.
Strong leadership, time-management, and client management capabilities.
Willing to work on-site, including weekends or outside standard hours.
Comfortable working on Crane Barges, Tugs and remote project locations.
Ability to travel as required by the project scope.
