Job Description:

Job Title: Mechanic Supervisor

Job Spedcification:
We are seeking a seasoned Mechanic Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance operations for the Company's equipment fleet. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Ensure efficient troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of heavy machinery and engines.
• Source and procure parts both locally and internationally.
• Supervise a team of mechanics.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Experience with Manitowoc, P&H, Lorain, Caterpillar, JCB, Cummins, and outboard engines.

Fleet: Cranes, Excavators, Backhoe, Skid Steer, Winches, Diesel Hammers, Hydraulic Hammers, Small Diesel and Gasoline Vessels.
 
 Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in heavy equipment and marine machinery maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills in supervising technical teams.
• Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
