Job Description:
We're looking for a results-driven professional to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and support digital growth projects across our network. The ideal incumbent is a strong leader with a proven sales background, excellent operational management skills, and the ability to inspire teams to exceed targets.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on team performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Coordinate promotions and marketing strategies with internal teams.
- Oversee store operations, staffing, training, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely communication, reporting, and adherence to company procedures.
- Resolve operational and technical issues efficiently.
- Drive excellence through leadership, coaching, and strategic planning
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and experience- Minimum degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in supervisory position, leading a team in a sales environment.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry (an asset)
- General knowledge of industrial relations principles (a plus)
- Budgeting (asset)
- Digital and technical skills (asset)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirement.
