JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

At Majestic Dry Cleaners, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality dry-cleaning services with efficiency and care. We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team, providing training and guidance.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory and supplies, ensuring cost-effective stock management. 
• Maintain high-quality customer service and resolve client concerns.
• Track expenses, optimize budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in operations or management (dry cleaning or related industries preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service mindset with great communication skills.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of dry-cleaning machinery would be an asset.
