The Company is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as
Xpert Advisors—a pivotal role within our innovative hybrid eyewear platform,
SpecXSmart.
What is SpecXSmart?SpecXSmart is a next-generation eyewear platform that combines the best of online convenience with the personal touch of traditional optical services. As an
Xpert Advisor, you’ll serve as the
vital link between our online platform and our in-store optical services.
Your Role as an Xpert Advisor:You’ll be the go-to person for patients coming through SpecXSmart who visit one of our branches for services such as eye examinations. You’ll guide them through their in-store journey while coordinating seamlessly with our online systems and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients referred from the SpecXSmart platform.
- Coordinate the patient’s journey through registration, pre-screening, and eye examination.
- Input eye exam results and patient data into the SpecXSmart digital system with precision.
- Liaise with the platform admin to process frame and lens orders.
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience for every patient.
- Facilitate the collection of finished spectacles and the explanation of our after care services.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- High computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in optical, healthcare, or customer support roles is a plus.
Preferred Educational Qualifications:Minimum Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 CXC passes (grade I or II) inclusive of Mathematics and English.
Preferred:
- Associate Degree or Diploma in one of the following areas:
- Health Administration
- Optical Dispensing
- Medical Office Administration
- Customer Service Management
- Information Technology / Computer Applications
- Business Administration

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $6,000 per month
- Additional Earnings: Performance-based commissions
