Job Description:

Job Purpose

This role requires the incumbent to assess and coordinate the Company’s staffing needs and deliver successful end-to-end recruitment throughout the organization. The incumbent will develop recruiting plans, employing both traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, and creative recruiting ideas to attract and select high potential candidates with the right attributes to excel at their roles.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesEducational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Human Resource Management.

Experience Required
- At least 2 years’ previous HR related experience.

Skillset Required
- Computer Literacy
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interest in helping deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.
- Resilient, with ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Adaptable/Flexible.
- Ability to work alone or as a part of a team.

- Must be able to pull, push and lift sometimes awkward objects weighing 20 lbs.
