Banks Village Environmental Organization is a non-profit organization registered under the Company's Act in January 2018. 

The company advocates for shared responsibility in the care, conservation and protection of natural habitats for the benefit of the national community. This vision is achieved through lobbying, sensitization and education on the environment and the implementation of various socio-ecological initiatives The organization has previously worked on rehabilitating coastal ecosystems but the scope of work extends to beautification of rural and urban sites, aquaculture and reforestation. 

The company employs a small staff of sixteen persons collectively, both in Administration and in the Field, but ultimately the management and development role is the responsibility of the Board of Directors.
