Job Summary: 

The incumbent will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding JobsTT’s client base. Their primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting our recruitment solutions, and nurturing long-term partnerships. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in candidate sourcing and support to ensure the successful fulfillment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities – Sales :
  • Identify and target potential clients through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold calling efforts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities. Analyze data gathered to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Present and promote JobsTT's recruitment solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our platform.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions and recommendations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their recruitment needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring their satisfaction with JobsTT's services and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Use client feedback to enhance client relationships, address concerns and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, market trends, and industry best practices to help them attract and retain top talent.
  • Any other duties as required relative to the sales function. 

Key Responsibilities – Sourcing/Search Support :
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, resume databases, social media platforms, and networking events.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for job opportunities, conducting interviews and assessments as needed.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Any other duties as required relative to sourcing / search support

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development.
  • A track record of working in a target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the local job market and recruitment trends in Trinidad and Tobago is a plus.
