KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1.  Answers Telephone Calls (service requests and inquiries). 
  2.  Logs  Service Calls:
    • Service Calls (CALL-INS)
    • Pre-Delivery Calls
    • MPS Calls
  3. Ensuring that Call Log Data is accurately recorded and submitted promptly.
  4. Ensure proper management of the initial call from the customer.
  5. Engagement is required for any missed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  6. Follow company guidelines for SLA (Service Level Agreement) for responding to customer calls.
