- Answers Telephone Calls (service requests and inquiries).
- Logs Service Calls:
- Service Calls (CALL-INS)
- Pre-Delivery Calls
- MPS Calls
- Ensuring that Call Log Data is accurately recorded and submitted promptly.
- Ensure proper management of the initial call from the customer.
- Engagement is required for any missed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Follow company guidelines for SLA (Service Level Agreement) for responding to customer calls.
