Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage the full AR cycle in a B2B, service-based environment. This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in collections and cash application.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end AR: invoicing, aging, collections, cash application, disputes, and reconciliation.

Apply customer payments accurately, including over/short payments and unapplied cash.

Proactively manage B2B collections and resolve disputes in collaboration with internal teams.

Perform AR and bank reconciliations and maintain clean, accurate aging.

Prepare AR reports and support improvements in DSO, collections %, and unapplied cash.
Requirements
-
2–5+ years of AR experience in a B2B environment.

Experience with service billing (projects, retainers, T&M, milestones).

Strong collections communication skills and dispute-handling experience.

Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
-
ERP experience required (Dynamics GP preferred).
