Administrative Assistant-
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant – Customer Service Department - to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and conducting detailed video analysis to support case investigations. Additionally, you will perform a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze video footage to assist in resolving customer disputes and liability assessments.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports based on investigations and customer interactions.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and drafting correspondence.
• Greet and assist customers courteously, both virtually and in person when required.
• Collaborate effectively with a remote team to ensure seamless service coverage across shifts.
• Support customer follow-ups and maintain thorough records of all interactions.
• Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 CXC O' Levels, including English and Math.
• Customer Service Training or Certification.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service (preferably call center experience).
• Comfortable working in a shift-based, remote environment.
