The Administrative Assistant provides data entry and general administrative support within a dynamic and professional office environment. This role assists team members with day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining accurate records. Any experience or working knowledge of marketing on social media platforms will be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to staff, including filing, scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of office activities.
* Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases.
* Assist with maintaining and organising electronic and physical records to ensure proper record keeping.
* Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and general office logistics.
* Assist with basic social media updates or marketing-related administrative tasks, where required.
* Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
* Provide general support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
Education & Qualifications
* Five (5) CSEC/CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience & Skills
* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative or office support role. * Working knowledge of social media platforms for business use is an asset.
* Experience with data processing and database management, with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
