Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Fleet Coordinator in overseeing day-to-day fleet and logistics operations.
  • Plan and monitor vehicle schedules, routes, and driver assignments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to optimize fleet utilization.
  • Track and manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repair schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and compliance reports.
  • Support procurement and registration of new fleet vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or fleet management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and route optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid Heavy -T driver’s license required.
