The Brand Manager – St Vincent and Grenada will lead the execution of sales, distribution, and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth across both territories. Acting as the primary liaison with the distributor, this role ensures brand consistency, market competitiveness, and strong business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales & Distribution Oversight: Monitor distributor stock levels and reorder cycles through weekly Re-Order Reports.
• Market Analysis: Deliver monthly marketing reports assessing promotional activity, trade visibility, and sales performance against targets.
• Budget Achievement: Meet monthly and annual purchase and in-market sales budgets.
• Pricing Compliance: Conduct monthly pricing surveys to ensure alignment with market strategy.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with distributors to design and implement brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Account Engagement: Participate in B2B meetings, strengthen relationships with major accounts, and support retention and growth.
• Trade Execution: Conduct weekly trade visits and audits to monitor execution and gather market insights.
• Consumer Promotions: Coordinate with distributors to deliver impactful consumer promotions.
• Product Launches: Lead new product launches, ensuring alignment on listings, planning, and execution.
• Distribution Growth: Drive Net Numeric Distribution (NND) expansion across the full portfolio.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for distributor-related issues including shipment delays, customer complaints, and supply chain challenges.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of St. Vincent and Grenada market and business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Market Research: Ability to conduct trade audits, pricing surveys, and competitor benchmarking.
• Project Management: Skilled in coordinating product launches, promotions, and cross-functional initiatives.
