JOB SUMMARY:
Under minimum supervision, provide sales, marketing and project management support to the Rhino Waste Solutions Division (RWS); assist in other areas of the RWS Division as needed ensuring that the Company is projected as the Leader in the Industry and a Good Corporate Citizen at all times.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
Includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Brand Strategy Execution
Work closely with the RWS division to develop & implement the brands strategy, adapting it to meet market needs while ensuring brand consistency.
Provide assistance for brand marketing, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and advertising efforts.
Conduct brand audits and analyze market research to identify brand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Create detailed brand guidelines, including visual and verbal identity, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with senior management to define and articulate the brand's core values, positioning and messaging.
2. Marketing Campaigns
Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty.
Work closely with the team to develop creative concepts and strategies for product launches, promotions and events.
Write compelling and persuasive copies for marketing materials, including blog posts, advertisements and press releases.
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand narrative.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Sales Management
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations as required by the RWS division.
Conduct lead generation, market research, and customer outreach as needed by the RWS division.
Ensure that reports are maintained for all sales activities (daily calls, customer visits & feedback, weekly work plans, etc.) so that same can be submitted as requested by Management; ensure that all the information being submitted is accurate.
Provide insights into how marketing initiatives are influencing sales and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Manage the receivables by ensuring that credit limits are not exceeded, contacting customers with overdue accounts and ensure payments are made by customers in a timely manner.
4. Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Assist with the design and execution of marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and generate sales leads.
Help develop promotional and advertising strategies, including digital and in-store marketing.
Attend monthly Sales meetings and/or Marketing meetings as needed.
5. Brand Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor brand perception and reputation across various channels, including social media, review sites and customer feedback.
Prepare regular reports on brand performance, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Implement and oversee brand tracking studies and customer surveys.
6. Collaboration and Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales and customer service, to ensure brand alignment and support business objectives.
Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, freelancers, and influencers, to amplify brand reach and impact.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain brand consistency in all communications and customer touchpoints.
7. Budget & Sales Forecasting
Manage the marketing and sales budgets to ensure cost-effective execution of brand initiatives and sales strategies.
Participate in forecasting and planning, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and projected sales.
8. Administrative Functions
Provide administrative support to the RWS Managers and represent the RWS Division as appropriate in communicating with internal and external customers.
Organize, facilitate and follow up on issues related to meetings and other special events, as required.
Attend Meetings and contribute information regarding sales, marketing & customer service feedback.
Assist in the coordination, supervision and completion of special projects ensuring the provision of quality service and products are met.
Create and maintain files, records, logs and other documents, as needed.
Prepare monthly sales and collections report for the department.
Assist with the annual budget preparation and summary.
Build and maintain customer database.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in another similar or related field with experience in Sales and Marketing.
At least five (5) years of experience in brand management or related role.
Must be proficient in using MS Office Suite, internet, social media applications and Google Analytics
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
Must be able to interact with staff at all levels and from various departments
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
A valid driver’s permit and possession of own vehicle.
A valid passport, Visa and the ability to travel overseas.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Customer Service would be an asset.
Work experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
Police Certificate of Character (not more than 6 months old)
