General Functions

  • Define and follow up of monthly and yearly targets and objectives .
  • Develop and deliver the strategy for the Company’s new business .
  • Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for developing the business .
  • Effectively communicate with staff all new product and service opportunities.
  • Initiate, develop and effectively manage partnerships with all stakeholders.
  • Stay  networked and abreast of trends, news, events and deadlines.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services.
  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and return trends.
  • Maintain sales records.
  • Liaise  and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
  • Collect receivables.
  • Support additional data entry and light accounting functions of the accounting department.
  • Manage delivery drivers’ schedule.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Working knowledge and understanding of financial statements, reports and accounting processes;
  • Demonstrated ability to positively effect sales and profitability;
  • Superior decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Solid understanding of business fundamentals related to negotiation and financial management;
  • Superior conflict-management abilities;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least five (5) years experience in a similar position in food service and/or retail environment;
  • At least five (5) years experience in a senior position in sales, customer service or business development;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Customer Service, Entrepreneurship and innovation or Marketing
