EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time rotation
REPORTING STRUCTURE: – Food & Beverage Manager
Job Summary:
The Busser plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and flow of the dining area. They work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests by resetting tables quickly, restocking supplies, and assisting with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clears used plates, glasses, and silverware from tables promptly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils and tableware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist servers with water refills, bread baskets, and other guest needs.
• Support the server team during busy hours with running food or retrieving supplies.
• Refill napkins, condiments, and other service station items as needed.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude toward guests and team member.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.
• Any other duties outlined by FOH Manager and Ownership.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced bar and hospitality environment.
• Standing for long periods, occasional lifting of heavy items (e.g., kegs).
• Interaction with guests, staff, and suppliers.
