Key Responsibilities:
Receive orders and process them in a timely manner.
Assist with creating purchase orders for items bought for the vessel business.
Verify items bought for the vessels and ensure they are coded and billed correctly.
Preparation of delivery notes.
Investigate all client complaints and find a timely resolution.
Liaise with the Team Leads to resolve any out of stock situation.
Assist with ensuring that all port passes are up to date and that customs and delivery protocols at the loading facilities for the dispatch of our goods and services are met.
Assist with finding substitutions for items that may be out of stock items.
Communicate with the relevant individuals of the ships and rigs.
Assist to ensure vessel price list is updated every three (3) months.
Ensure all internal invoices are up to date and emailed to the vessel on time.
Position Requirements:
Five CSEC passes including Math & English.
1-2 years’ work experience in Chandlery Service and/or Procurement.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office in particular excel spreadsheets.
Food industry knowledgeable is desirable.
Working knowledge of the Great Plains (GP) system will be an asset.
