SCOPE

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting sustainable growth. The role requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge and proven experience in managing complex operations.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of API, AWS, ASME and ASNT codes.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee and plan activities in both onshore and offshore environments.

• Proven leadership experience in the energy, inspection or engineering services sector.

• Strong background in operations management, HSSE compliance and quality assurance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
