Assess and evaluate the skills and knowledge of personnel in relevant disciplines in accordance with competency-framework requirements and training plans.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
• B.Sc. in a relevant Engineering field such as Electrical/Instrumentation & Controls or Mechanical, OR National Technician’s Diploma/equivalent.
• Degree route: minimum eight (8) years’ relevant Oil and Gas experience; Diploma route: minimum fifteen (15) years, including five (5) years at Senior Technician or equivalent level.
• Experience assessing technical skills and knowledge against competency requirements.
• Understanding of competency frameworks and training plans.
• Assessor training qualification from an accredited body such as RQF, QCF, SQA, NTA or equivalent is an asset.
