Develop accurate cost estimates for projects, turnarounds and campaigns across concept, definition and execution phases. Prepare benchmarking estimates, evaluate alternatives and forecast funding requirements to support financially viable projects aligned with approved targets.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
· First degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mathematics or related discipline.
· Minimum eight (8) years’ experience across opportunity/project phases, including seven (7) years in cost estimating and three (3) years in an energy-sector field.
· Experience in both front-end and definition/execution phases.
· Experience establishing, maintaining and delivering cost-estimating activities for projects over US$10M is an asset.
· Membership/professional certification in a recognized cost-estimating body and knowledge of estimating, benchmarking, project management, construction, fabrication, finance, procurement and supply chain are preferred/assets.
