We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Courier to handle the rapid, secure dispatch of documents, invoices, small parts, and light customer parcels across Trinidad. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent navigation skills, and serves as a professional brand ambassador during direct client drop-offs.
Key Responsibilities

Rapid Dispatch: Execute scheduled and time-sensitive drop-offs of documents, samples, and light commercial packages to client offices.

Chain of Custody & Documentation: Verify contents against dispatch manifests, secure required signatures, and process proof-of-delivery records accurately.

Client Interaction: Maintain a polite, professional demeanor when interacting with office staff and retail clients during drop-offs.
- Route Efficiency: Utilize real-time navigation and local route knowledge to bypass traffic bottlenecks and meet tight delivery windows.
- Light Vehicle Care: Operate and maintain a company car or light van, ensuring it remains clean and fueled.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Valid Trinidad and Tobago Driver’s License (Clean driving record).

1+ years of experience in a courier, messenger, or customer-facing delivery role.

Strong knowledge of Trinidad's business districts and major roadways.

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented with strong interpersonal skills.
