Driven by a passion for building strong relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers feel genuinely valued. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and the company, delivering high-quality, professional and technical support in a timely manner.

·     Liaise with customers from point of contact to end of transaction which includes completing quotes, processing POs, issuing invoices, etc.

·     Complete foreign and local purchase requisitions and all estimated landed costings.

·     Coordinate deliveries, complete invoicing, liaise with finance team regarding payments.

·     Update orders and provide weekly sales reports and monthly projections.

·     Complete daily cash reconciliations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  •        2+ years relevant work experience in a similar position, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  •        Minimum of 3 O’Level passes including Mathematics and English.
  •        Associate Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science from a recognized tertiary institution or Certificate in Customer Service and/or Procurement/Supply would be an asset.
  •        Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  •        Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software.
  •        Calm, solution-oriented mindset and a positive, team-first attitude.
