Driven by a passion for building strong relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers feel genuinely valued. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and the company, delivering high-quality, professional and technical support in a timely manner.
· Liaise with customers from point of contact to end of transaction which includes completing quotes, processing POs, issuing invoices, etc.
· Complete foreign and local purchase requisitions and all estimated landed costings.
· Coordinate deliveries, complete invoicing, liaise with finance team regarding payments.
· Update orders and provide weekly sales reports and monthly projections.
· Complete daily cash reconciliations.
