This role combines customer service and sales. The successful candidate will confidently assist customers with purchasing decisions, accessories, and services, while also professionally handling customer inquiries related to mobile repairs. The focus is always on providing informed, honest guidance that supports both the customer’s needs and the company’s objectives.
Minimum Experience Requirement
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service, sales, or a related retail environment
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
• Actively drive sales of smartphones, accessories, and services
• Confidently explain product features, value, and quality to customers
• Handle customer inquiries related to mobile repairs and clearly explain service options
• Support customers through informed recommendations while maintaining trust and transparency
• Process sales, payments, and basic documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional storefront
• Work collaboratively with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Represent the TavMobile brand positively at all times
