An Aluminium profile company is looking for Die corrector for its machining and die correction department.  

Key Responsibilities

Manual Machine Setup: Set up and safely operate conventional manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders. 

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, engineering drawings, and geometric tolerances to execute jobs accurately. 

Precision Fabrication: Manufacture, replicate, or repair worn industrial parts (such as shafts, bushings, flanges, and threads) from raw metal stock. 

Quality Inspection: Use precision instruments including micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and thread gauges to verify work within tight tolerances

Tool Maintenance: Sharpen cutting tools, select appropriate feed speeds, and perform routine lubrication and maintenance on machinery. 


Job Requirements

Education: Technical certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Machinist Trade from MIC Institute of Technology, NESC Technical Institute, or UTT.

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience working strictly with manual/conventional machine shop equipment.

Skills: Strong applied mathematical skills (trigonometry and geometry) and excellent manual dexterity. 

 Machinist from Machine shop who can set up and safely operate conventional manual lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders.

 Use precision instruments including micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and thread gauges to verify work within tight tolerances.
