The Role

We are hiring a Digital Growth Strategist to join our Strategy team at a mid-level.

This role is designed for a strong operator who wants to grow into strategic leadership over time.

You will enter as a hands-on strategist responsible for:

Translating business goals into digital growth roadmaps

Managing multi-channel strategy execution

Analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns

Communicating insights clearly to clients

Over time, this role evolves into leadership, guiding clients, mentoring juniors, and contributing to department-level thinking.

If you want a comfortable, repetitive role, this is not it.

But, if you want trajectory, this is the right seat.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will:

Develop and manage strategies across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Email and Analytics

Translate client objectives into structured digital action plans

Monitor performance data (GA4, ad platforms)

Present clear insights and recommendations to business leaders

Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to ensure aligned execution

Contribute to proposals and quarterly strategy reviews

Take ownership of KPIs and growth targets for assigned accounts

You are the bridge between business outcomes and digital execution.

AI & Productivity Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

Who This Role Is For

You likely have:

2–5 years of digital marketing experience

A strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics

Experience interpreting campaign performance data

Exposure to client-facing work or presentation environments

Comfort working across multiple accounts simultaneously
