Summary
A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

The Equipment Readiness Operator will ensure tools, equipment, and assets are prepared, inspected, cleaned, documented, and available for operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, prepare, and stage equipment for upcoming jobs.

• Check equipment condition and report defects or missing components.

• Support preventive maintenance and readiness processes.

• Maintain accurate readiness, inspection, and movement records.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and mobilization.

• Ensure tools and equipment meet operational and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in equipment preparation, maintenance support, yard operations, logistics, field service, or oilfield services.

• Basic mechanical understanding and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow checklists, procedures, and safety requirements.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours where required.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

Preferred

• Experience with oilfield tools, pressure equipment, wireline, testing, cementing, or stimulation equipment.
