Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and polished Executive Assistant with experience in Accounts and Marketing to provide high-level administrative, operational, and financial support. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring sound judgment, exceptional organisation, and absolute discretion. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring executive priorities are executed efficiently while maintaining accurate tracking of operational and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and well-organised filing systems to ensure records are complete, accessible, and audit-ready.
Manage executive and company logs, trackers, and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy.
Coordinate special projects and follow through on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide proactive administrative and operational support, anticipating needs where possible.
Support financial coordination and operations.
Assist with marketing coordination and operations.
Prepare presentations, correspondence, and executive documentation.
Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
Support continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Perform other duties as reasonably required.
Requirements
Proven accounting experience (required).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting executives, managing projects, or coordinating workflows.
