Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and polished Executive Assistant with experience in Accounts and Marketing to provide high-level administrative, operational, and financial support. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring sound judgment, exceptional organisation, and absolute discretion. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring executive priorities are executed efficiently while maintaining accurate tracking of operational and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain accurate and well-organised filing systems to ensure records are complete, accessible, and audit-ready.

  • Manage executive and company logs, trackers, and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Coordinate special projects and follow through on action items to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support, anticipating needs where possible.

  • Support financial coordination and operations.

  • Assist with marketing coordination and operations.

  • Prepare presentations, correspondence, and executive documentation.

  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.

  • Support continuous improvement of administrative processes.

  • Perform other duties as reasonably required.

Requirements

  • Proven accounting experience (required).

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience supporting executives, managing projects, or coordinating workflows.
