Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare letters, reports, memoranda, agendas, and meeting minutes

• Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including preparation and circulation of Board papers

• Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements

• Receive, register, and route incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Maintain confidential filing systems, employee records, and document management systems

• Assist with Human Resource administrative functions and staff records management

• Manage procurement activities for office supplies, stationery, and operational purchases

• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders regarding operational matters

• Monitor and coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment and administrative systems

• Maintain records relating to health claims and staff administrative matters

• Support general administrative and office operations of the organization

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Administrative or Secretarial environment

• Presently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Administration, or a related discipline will be preferable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prepare professional correspondence and minutes

• Good organizational and record management skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
