The Furness Trinidad Group is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to join our team responsible for providing comprehensive support services to the Office of the Group Chairman & CEO. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, working collaboratively to manage the complex operational and personal demands of the Group’s leadership with precision, proactivity, and exceptional judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborative Executive Support: Work as part of a dedicated team to manage professional and personal scheduling for the Group Chairman & CEO, including calendar management, correspondence, and client interface.

• Information Management: Contribute to the flow of information to senior executives, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of reports, agendas, and briefings.

• Administrative Excellence: Support core administrative functions, including the maintenance of high-level corporate filing systems, contacts databases, and essential record-keeping.

• Operational Oversight: Assist in managing office logistics, including the procurement of supplies and handling of basic bookkeeping tasks.

• Governance & Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion and professionalism regarding high-level systems, sensitive corporate materials, and personnel information.


Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior executive leadership, ideally within a conglomerate or corporate environment.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing the Chairman’s office with poise.

• Project Management: Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines with strong time-management skills.

• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in office productivity tools with a quick aptitude for learning new software and internal systems.

• Soft Skills: A flexible, resilient, and proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic executive landscape.
