OVERVIEW
Seereeram Bros Limited (SBL) is a leading and one of the most experienced civil engineering construction companies, involved in the construction of roads, highways, airport runways, bridges, along with quarrying and supply of asphalt, concrete and other construction materials.

The Executive Assistant to the General Manager and Board of Directors will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operations. The successful candidate will be required to provide management and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Management Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Board of Directors.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel and logistics.

• Prepare correspondence, letters, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of Senior Management.

• Prepare meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, take minutes, and circulate action items.

• Conduct research and compile information for management decision-making.

• Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and executive matters.

Engineering & Project Administrative Support

• Organize, maintain, and control engineering and project documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical records.

• Assist engineers with formatting reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project reviews for the engineering team.

• Serve as a point of contact between engineering, project teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Tender & Document Control

• Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents.

• Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted and track their status.

• Ensure document control systems are maintained in accordance with company standards.

General Administration & Office Management

• Manage departmental correspondence, phone calls, and message handling.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate project, budget, and scheduling records.

• Assist with procurement requests, vendor coordination, and tracking of orders.

• Organize and order office and departmental supplies.

• Support expense tracking, invoicing, and general office administration.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. A degree, diploma or similar qualification in a related field

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

3. Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness

4. Ability to work in teams and multi-task

5. High level of written and verbal communication and detailed-oriented

6. Discretion in handling confidential information

7. Previous work experience in administration or management will be as asset
