08/31/2026Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of company facilities, ensuring assets, infrastructure, and support services are managed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, Property Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum seven (7) years' experience in facilities or property management, with at least two (2) years in a management capacity.
- Sound knowledge of building maintenance systems, contractor management, budgeting, and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Proven experience managing facility operations, maintenance programs, and service providers.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems is an asset.
