Summary
A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

The Field Operator will support field operations by preparing equipment, assisting with service delivery, maintaining job site safety, and supporting supervisors and technical teams during client operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with field job preparation, rig-up, operations, and rig-down.

• Operate equipment within training and competency level.

• Complete basic inspections, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.

• Monitor operational conditions and report issues.

• Support data recording, job paperwork, and equipment tracking.

• Follow client, site, and company HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Previous field, oilfield, industrial, plant, mechanical, construction, or energy services experience.

• Willingness to work rotational schedules, shifts, and call-outs.

• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

Preferred

• HSE, offshore, first aid, defensive driving, rigging, or forklift certification.
