Job Summary
CallServ is seeking fluent French/Creole-speaking Call Center Agents to support inbound/outbound customer interactions. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads during calls.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound/outbound calls to assist customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify, escalate, and document priority issues
  • Maintain accurate records via emails and call notes
  • Identify and qualify potential leads during customer interactions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 CSEC subjects, including Maths and English or equivalent 
  • Spanish/French/Creole fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 6 months call center experience
  • Must be 20 years or older
