CallServ is seeking fluent French/Creole-speaking Call Center Agents to support inbound/outbound customer interactions. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads during calls.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound/outbound calls to assist customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Identify, escalate, and document priority issues
Maintain accurate records via emails and call notes
Identify and qualify potential leads during customer interactions
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 CSEC subjects, including Maths and English or equivalent
Spanish/French/Creole fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
At least 6 months call center experience
Must be 20 years or older
