The Role: Manages calls, mail distribution and front desk duties daily. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic personable individual to join our team, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
THE JOB
Duties include:
• Provides service excellence to internal and external customers daily
• Answering phone calls and routing them to the designated officer.
• Receiving customers and directing them to the seating area, Teller or designated officer.
• Assisting customers by delivering clear and accurate loan information through phone calls or in-person interaction.
• Managing the receipt and distribution of mail to the relevant persons in a timely manner.
• Collaborating across departments to maintain efficient courier services for office operations.
• Processing confidential documents through scanning.
REQUIREMENTS
• Five (5) CXC or GCE O’Level passes inclusive of Maths and English
• Background in accounting and practical experience managing cash transactions
• A minimum of two (2) years’ Front Desk/Administrative experience in a similar role
• Computer Literate – Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills (particularly oral and written)
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task
• Good organisational skills (filing, documentation flow)
• Ability to handle confidential issues
