POSITION SUMMARY
Develops brand communication ranging from packaging design to point of purchase layouts and concepts to support the promotion of the Trinidad Tissues Limited profile and maintenance of its leadership position in the tissue manufacturing industry.

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Design and manage content for the Company website, email, newsletters, annual reports and all other Marketing / HR & Safety graphics.

2. Conceptualize and create all the collateral material for the organization, including but not limitedvto packaging, brochures, fliers, mailers, newsletter templates, promotional materials.

3. Prepare layouts, designs, artwork and formats for use in publication and / or exhibition design.

4. Manage social media platforms and develop interactive design.

5. Propose creative strategies and ideas in collaboration with the Marketing Team, to produce new brand ideas and concepts for both customers and consumers.

6. Layout and scale photos / artwork, marking them for proper screen values for print reproduction.

7. Supports the HR & Safety Team with creation of artwork for employee communication, including, but not limited to, Newsletters, Social Club activities and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives when required.

8. Execute all relevant responsibilities as outlined in the Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities Matrix (MT-GM-004) to ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).

9. Perform any other related duties that may be assigned.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

A Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications Design, Marketing or any other relateddiscipline from a recognized institution.

Certification in Adobe Suite.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of three (3) years of graphic arts and publications experience.

Demonstrated graphic design knowledge and experience, using AI and Photoshop.

Strong working knowledge of printing, publishing and/or graphics art procedures and related computer software.

Demonstrated experience using an Apple MAC Machine.

Experience managing social media will be an asset.

Project Management experience and managing budgets will be an asset.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign

 Excellent written / verbal communication; includes writing, editing and proof-reading

 Strong presentation skills

 Written / verbal Spanish will be an asset

 Report writing 

 Multitasking - managing multiple projects

 Ability to work with all levels in the organization

 Working in a fast-paced environment
