Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across Progressive Recruitment and JobsTT. The role develops and executes integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies that generate employer leads, new vacancies, qualified candidate registrations, placements and revenue growth. Although the brands operate within one organisation, they serve distinct audiences and have different positioning and commercial objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, business development and recruitment teams, the Growth Marketing Manager will tailor strategies for each brand and translate marketing activity into measurable business results. The role includes supervising an assigned marketing team member and supporting leadership with proposals and collateral. Success will be assessed primarily through commercial and recruitment outcomes, not follower counts, impressions, likes or website visits.

Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, project timelines and return on investment.
Identify target industries, market opportunities and improvements in lead-to-client conversion.
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media (20%)
Oversee LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, websites and other appropriate digital channels for both brands.
Design targeted campaigns to generate employer enquiries, candidate registrations and quality applications. Coordinate with external agencies and providers, including campaign production, testing and optimisation.

3. Content, Proposals & Marketing Collateral (20%)
Develop content calendars and audience-specific communications for both brands.
Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, capability statements, presentations and other collateral supporting senior leadership and business development.
Create recruitment campaign content, vacancy advertisements, newsletters, articles and employer branding materials.
Maintain distinct yet consistent messaging for Progressive Recruitment and JobsTT.
4. Reporting & Performance Measurement (10%)
Build and maintain dashboards measuring lead generation, vacancy acquisition, candidate conversion, placements and marketing-attributable revenue.
Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports with clear recommendations.
Monitor marketing-to-sales funnel progression, client retention, repeat vacancies and return on marketing investment.
Team Supervision & Stakeholder Management
