Join our Front Office team as the welcoming face of Radisson Hotel Trinidad!
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist guests with check-in/out, reservations, and inquiries.
· Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Process payments and maintain accurate records.
· Uphold the hotel’s service standards and professional image.
Requirements:
· 5 CXC subjects including Math & English.
· Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality or Front Desk Operations (asset).
· Experience in customer service or Front Desk preferred.
· Proficiency in Oracle/Opera systems and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
· Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
