About the Role
We are seeking high-performing Health Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing sales organisation. This is a consultative, high-ticket closing role for experienced sales professionals who excel at building trust, navigating emotionally sensitive conversations, and guiding clients through meaningful, life-changing decisions.

Health Sales Consultants engage with warm, pre-qualified leads who are actively seeking support for complex health challenges. Success requires emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to build genuine rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

This is not a traditional Sales role. Candidates will be expected to build rapport, conduct consultative conversations, and guide prospects through the full sales process via Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms. A core requirement is being comfortable appearing on camera and conducting virtual video consultations with prospective customers.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual video consultations with qualified warm leads via Zoom

• Build trust through a relational, consultative, client-first approach

• Assess client needs, goals, and readiness to determine programme suitability

• Guide prospects through high-value purchasing decisions with clarity and confidence

• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and follow-up activity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a premium client experience

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance development

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven success in high-ticket or consultative Business to Consumer (B2C) sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable conducting video consultations with customers

• Professional appearance and presentation skills

• Strong emotional intelligence and advanced objection-handling abilities

• Confident engaging diverse client personalities in high-stakes conversations

• Experience working remotely and managing a sales pipeline independently

• Technically proficient with Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems

• Highly motivated by performance-based earnings

• Background or interest in health, wellness, or transformational services is a plus

Training & Development

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-ticket sales, or completion of a structured high-ticket sales training programme

• At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales

• Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment

• Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving ability

• Commitment to a structured schedule and high-performance expectations
