(HSEQT) Manager
We are in the process of recruiting a dynamic and experienced HSEQT Professional. The incumbent must possess the capability to perform within a fast paced, diverse and team environment with minimal supervision.
Experience
Minimal 5 years’ experience administering HSEQ systems of work within industrial environments. The incumbent must be able to demonstrate over the course of their career to date:
· Working knowledge of Integrated Quality Management and HSSE Systems
· Administrate integrated HSEQ systems of Work (inclusive of but not limited to STOW; ISO 9001; ISO/IEC 17025, 2017)
· Develop Policies, Procedures, Process Work Flows
· Conduct Field and Desktop Audits
· Develop, Coordinate and Monitor Corrective Action work plans
· Working knowledge of environmental Regulatory & Statutory requirements for Industry applications
· Apply applicable industry codes of practice to safe systems of work
· Conduct HSEQ related training & competency assessments
· Conduct investigations and Root Cause Analyses for Quality Incidents
Qualifications
· BSc level qualification in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality fields
· Nebosh Health and Safety Diploma
· Preference would be given to incumbents who possess certification as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Certification - CMQ/OE or its equivalent
· Expert user of the MS Office Suite
