Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will maintain employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure HR functions are completed accurately, confidentially, and on time.

 

Educational Requirements:

• Five (5) CSEC passes, including English

• Certificate in Human Resource Management

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resource environment

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files

• Prepare HR correspondence, letters, and documentation

• Manage HR inbox, calls, and departmental communications

• Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding

• Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and audits

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

• Provide general administrative and customer service support

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
