Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resource Coordinator to lead and support our HR functions. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and benefits administration. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Educational Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
● Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
● Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
● Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
● Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, and offboarding.
● Oversee employee relations and address grievances or workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
● Ensure legal compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
● Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a productive work environment.
● Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
● Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance or third-party vendors.
● Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
● Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR matters.
● Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
● Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior leadership to support decision-making.
● Any other related duties
