The ICT Technician provides hands-on technical support and assists in maintaining the Company’s core information and communications technology infrastructure.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Up to five (5) years’ relevant experience in ICT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Relevant certifications, including Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent industry certifications, would be advantageous.
• An equivalent combination of qualifications, training, and experience may be considered.
