Position Overview
The Integrated Services Manager is responsible for providing leadership across multiple industrial service lines within Hydro Tech Limited. The role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of integrated services including welding and fabrication, access solutions (scaffolding and rope access), fabric maintenance, vessel cleaning and pumping, industrial equipment rental, personnel outsourcing, civil works, rigging and lifting operations, craneage and haulage, and warehouse/storage rental.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end contract execution across all assigned service lines.
• Drive operational efficiency, workforce deployment, and productivity optimization.
• Lead structured daily planning meetings and weekly performance reviews.
• Ensure cost control, margin performance, and commercial compliance.
• Serve as senior operational point of contact for key clients.
• Conduct internal pre-walkdowns prior to client inspections.
• Embed strong HSSE leadership and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Standardize processes across service lines to improve performance and consistency.
• Implement performance dashboards and structured reporting to Executive Management.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing contracts and new market segments.
Technical Competencies
• Multi-service industrial operations management (welding, access, fabric maintenance, lifting, cleaning, civil, rental, outsourcing).
• Contract planning, manpower allocation, and schedule control.
• Profit & Loss exposure, budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance control.
• Knowledge of scaffolding systems, rope access methodologies, lifting operations, and fabrication standards.
• Strong understanding of industrial HSSE systems and risk management.
• Experience with ERP systems, KPI dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of certification and minimum 10+ years’ progressive industrial leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial or energy-sector operations.
• Minimum 5 years in senior operational leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated exposure to contract financial performance and profitability improvement.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH/OSHA, or relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
