04/08/2026We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our janitorial cleaning team within a hospitality-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining high cleanliness standards similar to premium residential or hotel-style facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial operations
· Ensure all cleaning standards meet hospitality-level expectations
· Train, schedule, and monitor janitorial staff performance
· Conduct routine inspections of facilities to maintain quality control
· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
· Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
· Respond promptly to client or management requests and concerns
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a supervisory janitorial role
· Background in hospitality, hotel, or luxury residential environments
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
· Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and safety standards
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
Experience:
