Key Duties:
1. Supervise maintenance team & coordinate contractors.
2. Inspect facilities & oversee timely repairs.
3. Enforce safety & compliance standards across operations.
4. Maintain records of inventory, work orders & performance.
5. Align maintenance with production, QA & management goals.
Requirements:
1. Technical certification or Mechanical Engineering degree.
2. 2–5 years’ maintenance experience, incl. 2+ years supervisory.
3. Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry & mechanical systems.
4. Strong leadership, troubleshooting & communication abilities.
5. Flexible for on-call/emergency hours.
6. Valid driver’s license.
